Drawing on decades as a professional musician, vocalist and sound healer, she weaves together mantra, nada yoga, devotional chanting, toning and world sacred song traditions into experiences that are both uplifting and profoundly restorative.

Her work bridges ancient and contemporary traditions — from ecstatic kirtan and heart-opening chants to meditative sound journeys inspired by yogic raga traditions, goddess songs, Hebrew prayer chants, African devotional rhythms and sacred songs from many cultures. With a voice that moves between earthy, primal and ethereal textures, Mignon creates powerful sonic spaces that touch people deeply and invite emotional release, inner stillness and collective connection.

Using crystal alchemy bowls, a Spanish monochord, deep resonance Italian gong, percussion, mantra and intuitive vocal soundscapes, her Sacred Sound Journeys are designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart and support profound states of rest, transformation and renewal.
