With more than 30 years of international experience in event production, retreat coordination and festival management, Mignon Mukti offers professional, grounded support for retreats, conferences, wellness festivals, expos and transformational gatherings around the world.

Having produced and supported events across Australia, Cambodia, Bali, Fiji, Vietnam, Greece and South Africa, Mignon brings a rare combination of technical expertise, creative vision, calm leadership and heart-centred care. Her extensive background includes live sound engineering, AV and lighting, stage and venue management, logistics coordination, scheduling, artist and facilitator liaison, workshop flow, guest experience and behind-the-scenes operational support.

Mignon has worked as Production Manager for boutique wellness festivals including the Embrace Life Live Life Festival touring throughout New South Wales, supported international retreats for Ultimate Girls Week Away in Fiji, Bali, Cairns, Vietnam and Greece, and coordinated conferences, symposiums, women’s gatherings and community festivals both independently and alongside leading facilitators and organisations.

She understands the many moving parts required to create events that feel seamless, welcoming and professionally held. From organising workshop spaces, technical production and performance schedules to managing retreat logistics and troubleshooting calmly under pressure, Mignon allows facilitators and organisers to focus fully on their participants and the transformational heart of their work.
